Every Grainn journal is carefully selected and quality checked before it reaches you. We put a lot of care into every order - and we hope you'll love yours just as much as we do.

Your right to cancel

We want you to feel confident ordering from us. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Before reaching out, we'd love the chance to help - sometimes a journal just needs a little time to become yours. If you'd like to discuss your order first, email us at contact@shopgrainn.co.uk and we'll do everything we can to help.

How to return

If after contacting us you'd still like to return your journal, please email contact@shopgrainn.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order with your name and order number. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and assessed we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your journal arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered please contact us within 7 days with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately - and you won't need to return the item. This is the situation we'll always prioritise and resolve as quickly as possible.
